No house is the same on the island, which can make it very difficult to find the house that suits you. We are happy to assist you in this search. If you want our help you can expect the following from us;
Step 1 Identify your wishes
In an informal conversation, we will meet you and learn about your wishes. What are the main requirements and what are the advantages of a home for you. We make an inventory of which neighborhoods you would like to live in, how many bedrooms and bathrooms you prefer, furnished or unfurnished, and of course within what budget you are looking for.
Step 2 Propose potential homes
We will work with your wish list and will introduce you to a number of houses. This can be a listing that comes directly from our database, or a house that is offered by a fellow broker. You let us know if there are homes that appeal to you, and then we can plan a viewing for you.
Step 3 Viewings
After we have agreed a date and time, we meet at the house(s). You will receive an extensive tour, during which we explain important matters. We share practical information about what is and is not included in the home, and we will point out any extras such as the presence of a deepwell for example.
Step 4 Rental agreement
As soon as you decide to rent an object, we will draw up a rental agreement. We clearly write down the agreements made between you and the landlord, so that any miscommunication is eliminated and both parties know where they stand.
Both the standard agreements and any special provisions are included in the lease, which we will draw up in consultation with you. We inform you and the landlord extensively about the rights and obligations you both have. After signing the lease contract, paying the rent and the deposit, the key transfer will take place. We check the property together with you and draw up an inspection report. This way you and the landlord have a clear overview of the condition of the house upon delivery and you will not be faced with any surprises at the end of the rental period.
