The patio doors give access to the spacious garden.

The house has a total of three bedrooms, two of which have fitted wardrobes, and one is now used as a work/study room. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. There is a separate guest toilet.

The front garden is landscaped with tropical plants and trees, the backyard is very spacious and offers the possibility to place an above-ground swimming pool. There is a cozy Palapa where you can relax with a good book, or enjoy delicious food with family and friends. The garden has a number of shady spots and is maintenance-friendly.

The garden is completely fenced and there is an area where dogs can have their own place.
This house also has a shed for storage, a separate laundry room, a large carport for 2 cars, pagatinu and hot water.
The rental price includes garden maintenance once per 6 weeks.

Surroundings

Santa Catharina Curacao is a small place in the eastern part of Curacao in Banda Ariba. Santa Catharina is a neighborhood located close to the north coast of the island, north east of the capital Willemstad. Due to the favorable location on the wind, it is a very fresh neighborhood. The district is also known as a very child-friendly neighborhood, as there is only local traffic through the streets.
 

Sint Joris Bay is located east of Sta. Catherine. Sint Jorisbaai is a beautiful nature area with many breathtaking views. The bay is very popular with people who love kite-surfing, wake boarding and windsurfing on Curacao. Even walkers often use the beautiful walking routes around the water in the middle of this untouched nature.
