Surroundings

Oleander Residences Resort is a fully fenced resort with an electric operated gateway. The resort has a beautiful landscaped tropical garden and a large round swimming pool for common use. Oleander Residences is very centrally located just minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Curacao, supermarkets, the airport, (private) schools and the center of Willemstad.

Julianadorp is the former district for the management of the Shell on Curacao. It is a very spacious area and the tropical villas breathe the atmosphere of nostalgia. Julianadorp falls under the area of Groot Piscadera. The first houses were built in 1928. It was 40 storey houses, which are now often referred to as “old Julianadorp”. After the Second World War, low-rise houses were built adjacent to this high-rise. Julianadorp officially got her name when Queen Juliana visited Curaçao in 1955.
